    there is a lot of return load companys on the net and in the phone book

    I’ve seen listings at the TSA (Truck Stops of America). They have a computer screen in the truckers lounge that read’s like arrival-departure at the airport. It will tell what type of truck you need and how huge the load is and stuff, along with a contact number. Excellent luck with your business.
